LGBTQ+ Economists and Allies in the Asia-Pacific (LEAP) is a professional community for economists who identify as LGBTQ+, are LGBTQ+ allies, or conduct research on LGBTQ+ issues in the region. Our mission is to foster connection, visibility, and scholarly exchange across our community.
The mission of LEAP is to strengthen networks and foster collaboration among LGBTQ+ academics and allies.
Although the society is focused on economists, we welcome all related disciplines such as demographers, social sciences, public health researchers etc.
